Please include the following details when mailing:
*Date *Destination *Time *Pick up address
*Name
*Company Account [if applicable]
When picking up from airports also state: *Flight number, *Terminal and *which airport and the scheduled arrival time of your flight. If you want us to meet you at a specific time or allow an amount of time to elapse between your landing and meeting you in the arrivals hall, please tell us as additional information.
At present, we are only able to take E-Mail bookings at least 12 hours in advance of the pick up time.
