
Q. Do you only take bookings by E-Mail?
A. No. We also take bookings over the phone (01344) 449950 . Our regular customers tend to use the mail service for advanced bookings of one day or more in advance: For example, if they are arriving at Heathrow Airport next week but know their travel plans today. We don't lose booking details! If you do know your travel details in advance, please tell us and give us time to arrange your transport. We do ask for at least 12 hours notice,or more, when booking online. There are dedicated booking forms set up for your convenience in the booking pages.
Q. How do I E-Mail for a car?
A. Mail us on bookings@ec-online.co.uk or use our booking forms; our bookings page will tell you the information that we need.
Q. When I phone for a car how long will it take before one arrives?
A. We will do our best to get a car to you as quickly as possible. Priority is given to advanced bookings.
Q. I've ordered a car by the Internet for next week; how do I know that you have received the mail?
A. We will email you or phone call to confirm.
Q. This is my first time using your online booking system. What happens now?
A. In our booking forms we ask you for a contact number and e-mail address. If it is your first time using ec-online and the online system we will phone you on your contact number, bearing in mind any time differences of course, or mail you personally to verify the booking and put your mind at ease. With any future online bookings we can carry on business as usual without the phone calls...you will be surprised how straightforward it really is!
Q. How do I amend a booking?
A. Phone or email and tell us the changes.
Q. What's the resubmit box on the booking forms for?
A. If you have used one of our booking forms and submitted it, the booking is sent to us: if you send the form and then realise that you've made a mistake [we've all done it!] go back on your browser to the form, make the alterations, check the box and resubmit. This shows us that you have made a change, and saves you the time of starting again from scratch.
Q. How do I cancel a booking?
A. Again please mail, phone. We don't mind as long as we get the message in time.
Q. Do you take credit cards?
A. Yes - Amex, Visa and MasterCard. This is organised with the driver or we can take your card details at time of booking.
Q. Can my company open an account with you?
A. Yes. Phone or mail us in the first instance.
Q. Can you take people anywhere in the UK?
A. Yes. It need not just be in the Bracknell or Thames Valley area.
